Job Description

  • Identifying key target markets in Bangalore and MSME merchant categories like  restaurants, retailers, wholesale / distributors, pharma companies, b2b or b2c sellers
  • Visiting merchants at their office, outlet, etc and onboarding them on OpenBook
  • Understanding their business needs and solutions the OpenBook app & its features
  • Maintain relations with merchants and engage them on the platform
  • Delivering sales targets by ensuring active engagement on the app and revenue  generation from the merchant
  • Provide on ground feedback from merchants to the relevant teams to help enhance the  product experience and development
