Job Description

Designation: Academic Counselor

Eligibility: 

  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate
  • Year of passing- 2021, 2022
  • Experience of working with an education company is preferred
  • Candidates who are ready to relocate can apply

|Mode of Joining: Work From Office.

Interview Process:  Virtual

  • Video Interview Round 

    Salary: CTC- 3 LPA (minimum)
    Note: Good hike will be provided over the current salary

    Skills and Requirements:
     
  • Very good communication skills, fluent in both English and Hindi
  • Must be a self-starter and should be able to work with minimum guidance
  • Attitude to work in a startup environment
  • Experience of working with an education company is preferred

     

Job Responsibilities:

  • Should have rich experience in inside sales and driving admissions in the higher education space
  • Convert student (enquiry / leads) into admission
  • Counsel students and apprise them with program features, pedagogy, curriculum
  • Clarify and handle questions pertaining to course, program selection, and career planning
  • Having discussions with parents/other counselors and clarifying their doubts
  • Work with the marketing team to help them drive more traffic and generate more leads, based on your feedback
  • Actively tracking and following up on potential leads.


Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 working days
